Please make sure that the windows are closed when you are using the air conditioning. Please set the desired room temperature on the thermostat next to the door. Please note! The air conditioning is only for cooling down the room. In case you would like to heat your room, please use the heating elements under the windows.

You can enter our house exclusively with the key card or a code. Please take your key card or code with you whenever you leave the building. Please note that we would like to ask you to report the loss of your key card or code immediately due to possible resulting security issues. We have to charge you a fee of €25 in case you lose the key card.

Late Night Sandwich

In case you get back to the hotel late at night, we will gladly make a sandwich for you and put it in your room. Please refer to our friendly staff at the reception in case you would like a late night sandwich.

Money and Valuables

We would like to kindly ask you to not leave any valuables, jewelry or money openly in your room or your vehicle due to possible insurance issues. We cannot be held reliable for any valuables stolen from your room. Please use the safe in your room.

Newspapers and Magazines

You will find a free selection of popular newspapers in the breakfast room free of charge. You can also buy magazines at the reception.

Non-Smoking Rooms

We would like to kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in our rooms. We and the next person who stays at your room will appreciate this. There is a smoking area on the ground floor opposite to the hotel door.

Parking

You can rent a parking space next to the house for €15 per day. Of course, you can also park free of charge in public places.

Pharmacy

Turn right when you exit the hotel and then turn left at the rotary. You will find the Sonneberg Apotheke (the pharmacy) in the Freiburger Straße 8 after 50 meters. There is a list of emergency pharmacies (for night and weekend service) close to the hotel door.

Our reception is open for you daily between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. In case you would like to leave us before 6 in the morning, we would like to kindly ask you to pay your bill on the day before you leave.

Radio Amplifier

You will find a radio amplifier in the vanity unit under the sink. This amplifier can be connected to your mobile device so that you can listen to music while enjoying the steam bath.
Please note that we charge a fee of €100 if the amplifier is missing after a guest’s stay.

There is a smoking area with a roof and seats on the ground floor opposite to the hotel door.

Smoke Detectors

We have smoke detectors in our hotel rooms and in the hallways. Please note that the smoke detectors in all rooms of our hotel are interconnected for safety reasons and will all be set off in case one is set off.

We have a modern SAT relay as well as new TVs. You can watch the 19 programmed TV channels. These might not be in the same order as your channels at home. We would kindly like to ask you to not change any settings. All available channels are programmed.
